Teriyaki Chicken:
preparation: 1 piece of chicken, 1.5 tbsp Soya, 1.5 tbsp Mirin, 1.5 tbsp Sake, 1.5 tbsp Sugar
- Grill the chicken well on skin side.
- Turn the chicken.
- Mix all the seasonings.
- Add the seasonings to chicken. Following processes must be rather quick.
- Turn the chicken.
- Turn the chicken again. (skin is now up side)
- Scoop the sauce with spoon and drip it to chicken for some time.
- Take out the chicken and cut.
Miso Soup:
preparation: 0.5 tofu, 50cl water, 2.5 tbsp Miso 2.5, some Green Onion, some sea weeds
- Boil the water.
- Cut tofu.
- Add tofu into the boiling water.
- (rapidly) Cut the green onion.
- (rapidly) Add see weeds into the water.
- (rapidly) Stir-add Miso into the water.
- (rapidly) Add the green onion.
Cucumber Salad:
preparation: 1 cucumber, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp soja, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, some salt, some sea weeds
- Slice the cucumber.
- Salt.
- Mix well.
- Mix all the seasonings.
- Leave it for a while.
- Squeeze the cucumber.
- Add sea weeds and mix.
- Add the seasonings.
- (quickly) Mix well.
- (quickly) Serve.
