Version Francais va etre pret dans une samaine. 🙂

Teriyaki Chicken:

preparation: 1 piece of chicken, 1.5 tbsp Soya, 1.5 tbsp Mirin, 1.5 tbsp Sake, 1.5 tbsp Sugar

  1. Grill the chicken well on skin side.
  2. Turn the chicken.
  3. Mix all the seasonings.
  4. Add the seasonings to chicken. Following processes must be rather quick.
  5. Turn the chicken.
  6. Turn the chicken again. (skin is now up side)
  7. Scoop the sauce with spoon and drip it to chicken for some time.
  8. Take out the chicken and cut.

Miso Soup:

preparation: 0.5 tofu, 50cl water, 2.5 tbsp Miso 2.5, some Green Onion, some sea weeds

  1. Boil the water.
  2. Cut tofu.
  3. Add tofu into the boiling water.
  4. (rapidly) Cut the green onion.
  5. (rapidly) Add see weeds into the water.
  6. (rapidly) Stir-add Miso into the water.
  7. (rapidly) Add the green onion.

Cucumber Salad:

preparation: 1 cucumber, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp soja, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, some salt, some sea weeds

  1. Slice the cucumber.
  2. Salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Mix all the seasonings.
  5. Leave it for a while.
  6. Squeeze the cucumber.
  7. Add sea weeds and mix.
  8. Add the seasonings.
  9. (quickly) Mix well.
  10. (quickly) Serve.
